Magnetic Resonance Force Microscopy (MRFM) imagery

We have developed an algorithm that is able to reconstruct 2D or 3D sparse images when the observations are obtained from linear transformations and corrupted by an additive white Gaussian noise.

The Bayesian sparse image reconstruction algorithm and the main results are detailed in a preprint available on arXiv.

Two mpg videos are also available for 2D and 3D image reconstructions (see below).
